Our Services

Professional services to support people and communities with developing solutions to their challenges from strategy development through to implementation.

Our Philosophy

Communities know best what they need to help the people they serve, they might just need some capacity support to make it happen. Ronin can be that capacity.  Operating as a small independent professional services firm, Ronin is able to provide support to communities with no conflict of interest in trying to keep a larger team engaged. 

Our Mission

To support people and communities in bringing positive change to the quality of life for all through delivery of professional services.


Our mission also includes working directly on the Truth and Reconciliation Call to Action 92, looking to ensure Indigenous communities have equitable access to the jobs and skill development opportunities that capital projects provide.

Our Team

Chad Fletcher P.Eng., President

Chad Fletcher, P.Eng. has been serving communities with a wide range of professional services for over 15 years. Having supported communities from the long term strategy stage through to the construction and operation of assets allows him to serve communities in many capacities.
